Return Policy

At MIEXCITE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returnable items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  • Items returned with missing accessories, damage, or signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Custom PC builds, Digital cards, software licenses products are non-returnable. 
  • Opened or used items or products.
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • We cover return shipping only for defective or incorrect items.
  • In other cases, the customer bears shipping fees.
  •   For Custom PC Builds (Computer) Orders.
    1. Cancellation During Processing (Installation, Testing, Packaging):
      • If the customer cancels the order at this stage, a SAR 200 service fee will be deducted.
      • For Tabby-financed orders, an additional 2% processing fee will also be deducted.
    3. Cancellation After Shipment
      • If the order has already been shipped, a SAR 500 deduction applies.
      • An additional 2% Tabby fee will be deducted for Tabby-financed orders.
    5. Refusal to Receive Shipment
      • If the customer refuses to receive the shipment from the courier, a SAR 500 deduction applies.
      • An additional 2% Tabby fee will also be deducted if applicable.
    7. After Delivery
      • No returns are allowed for custom PC builds once received, except in cases of:
        • Manufacturing defects covered by warranty.
        • Shipment damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • For other returnable products:
    1. Cancellation Before Shipment (Order Confirmed)
      • A 2% fee applies to Tabby-financed orders.
      • No fees apply for non-Tabby payments.
    3. Cancellation After Shipment or Upon Delivery
      • A SAR 60 shipping fee (round trip) will be deducted from the refund.
      • An additional 2% Tabby fee applies for Tabby-financed orders.
    5. Refusal to Receive Shipment
      • A SAR 60 deduction applies.
      • A 2% Tabby fee applies if financed via Tabby.
  • A restocking fee may apply for items that are returned opened or used.
  • A restocking fee may apply for therd-party payment gatway sush as Tabby, Tamara or Amazon Payament Service.
  • We provide manufacturer-backed warranties on all components.
  • For defects covered under warranty:
    • Contact our support chanals for evaluation.
    • If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the item.
  • Shipping fees:
    • If reported within 30 days of delivery: MIEXCITE covers both-way shipping.
    • After 30 days: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Approved refunds are processed up to 14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

We aim to get your orders to you fast, safe, and reliably.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom PC builds may require 2–5 business days for assembly and testing.
  • Saudi Arabia: 2–7 business days. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are from one of those cities or regions, we will contact you.
  • GCC countries (if enabled): 5–14 business days.

We use reliable carriers (e.g. Aramex, SMSA) for timely deliveries.

  • Calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Free shipping may apply for qualifying orders (subject to promotions).

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email/SMS upon dispatch.

  • Report any shipping damages within 24 hours with images.
  • We will replace the item or refund depending on the case.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Most items are covered under a 2-years limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Custom-built PCs include warranty for each component as per manufacturer coverage.
  • Damage from misuse, overclocking, improper installation, physical abuse, liquid spills, or power surges.
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers.
  • Software-related issues.

Some products (e.g., GPUs, CPUs) are covered by manufacturer warranty only. Customers may be directed to official service centers.

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the MIEXCITE platform.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
  • All prices are listed in SAR and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • In rare cases of pricing errors, we may cancel and refund your order.
  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • In case of discrepancies, actual product specifications from the manufacturer will apply.
  • Users may not engage in fraud, abuse, or interfere with platform operations.
  • Illegal activities will result in account termination and legal action if necessary.
  • Our maintenance service is available for diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing customer-owned PCs, Laptops or PC Compounant.
  • Service requests must be submitted with full details about the issue. We may require remote or physical inspection.
  • Any replacement parts required during maintenance are charged separately unless covered by warranty.
  • MIEXCITE is not responsible for data loss during repair—customers are advised to back up their data in advance.
  • Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion may incur storage charges or be considered abandoned.
  • MIEXCITE offers personalized consultation to help customers choose the best PC build for their needs and budget.
  • Once the request is is converted into an order, confirmed, and payment is processed, assembly and testing will be completed within 2 to 7 business days.
  • Custom PC builds are non-refundable unless there is a hardware failure covered by warranty.
  • We guarantee compatibility, cable management, and full functional testing before shipment.
  • Customers are encouraged to clearly state any special software, usage, or performance expectations before confirming the build.
  • All content on MIEXCITE is the property of Matrix Intelligence for CIT company and protected by copyright laws.
  • MIEXCITE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products.
  • We are not liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.).
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or referred to the competent courts in Jeddah.
