DEEPCOOL Z4 Thermal Paste is a high-performance thermal paste designed to provide excellent thermal conductivity between the processor or graphics card's surface and the heatsink, ensuring lower temperatures and maintaining system stability even under high stress conditions.
High thermal conductivity of up to 5.5 W/m·K.
Thanks to its outstanding thermal conductivity, Z4 helps enhance the efficiency of air and water cooling and comes in a suitable consistency for even and easy distribution on metal surfaces. It is also electrically non-conductive, ensuring complete safety during use.
